Dispatch
Most of our goods are shipped within 1 - 3 working days, in certain circumstances this may take longer. If we have any problem with your order we will inform you promptly by email.
Postage
We send everything by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - which is usually delivered usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
