Terms and Conditions

Please read through the Terms carefully before placing your order and then if you are ordering from our website print a copy for future reference.

We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. However, any changes will only apply to any subsequent orders received.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund the full cost of the item or items returned. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of postage and packing from your refund.

To qualify for the 7 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

6. Lingerie, items of clothing and items of a sexual nature are non refundable and non exchangeable(due to health & hygiene).

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

Free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

To return a defective/faulty product, you must return the product within 28 days of purchase. You should return the goods, with all packaging and original receipt (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel) to;

Age of Consent

By browsing the site and ordering from Saints and Sinners, you are stating that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Saints and Sinners Limited for the sale by Saints and Sinners Limited to you of any product unless and until Saints and Sinners Limited sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
